— based on firsthand attendanceOne of the best things about this venue is the webcasting which can be viewed live or at a later date, allowing other family members or coaches to see the matches. Otherwise, the viewing is good for some courts and poor for others. Another outstanding feature is the electronic line calling which takes a lot of the anxiety out of the matches. Good restaurant and hotel options nearby.

Great place to play! Love that they send the match to view online.
I love playing at this tennis club! They have electronic line calling which works very well and they have really nice viewing (sometimes the area can get a bit crowded). My favorite thing about this club is that if you have a parent at home or a coach they can watch your match through a live video that the tournament director will send to you!

Chelsea Piers is a really nice tennis facility from my experience. When watching matches you have to view through a mesh curtain but its not difficult to see and the viewing area is very spacious. Downstairs, there is a cafe which is also very nice.

The venue is conveniently located near a town with useful amenities, including a CVS, Walmart, and Dunkin’, although healthy options are scarce. There are also nearby lodging options such as a Hampton Inn and a Residence Inn, which makes the location practical for traveling players and families. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, although they are not frequently present on the courts during matches.

The courts are beautiful. I would have to say a little disappointed in the reliabilty of the schedule. This should be handled better. I'll play here on occasion as it is in a good location from my house but would hope for some minor improvements in the customer service area.
